Return & Refund Policy
Introduction
At Patel Electronics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer returns and refunds under certain conditions to ensure you have a safe and reliable shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product delivered is defective, damaged, not working, or significantly different from what was ordered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or receipt. Returns must be requested within 3 days of product delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us through WhatsApp at +91 78628 19198 or email us at abbaspatel5352@gmail.com within the return window. Please include your order number, the reason for return, and clear images or videos of the defective or incorrect product. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including mobile phones once activated, opened electronics with tampered packaging, and products under hygiene-sensitive categories. Items that fall under “Final Sale” or “Clearance” may also not be eligible for return. Kindly review product descriptions before purchasing.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to initiate the refund via bank transfer.
Replacement Policy
If your product is eligible for return due to damage or defect, we will first attempt to provide a replacement of the same item. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed. Replacements are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the shipping costs. If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order placement by the customer, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, and a refund will be issued after deducting shipping and handling charges.
Order Cancellations and Refunds
Please refer to our separate Cancellation Policy for details on canceling an order before shipment. Canceled orders that meet the criteria will be refunded in full within the mentioned timeframe.
